You're so right, Danielle. Real-deal Empath Empowerment® can really help empaths become skilled.

Cheap imitations? Not so much. Discernment is really important for empaths who seek a teacher.

Just wanted to say how much I'm getting out of reading the research you are doing, over at your main blog, on other empath teachers who have hung out their shingles.

It's important to get quality teaching as an empath, and a teacher who doesn't know the basics of the topic can't help their students. Caveat emptor!

Thank you, Theodore. The standing of teachers matters, in my view.

So far, researching "experts" who teach empaths, the results have shocked me quite a bit. This is a little like having nutritional info labels on food one might buy.

It's always a smart consumer move to ask, "What is this person's standing to teach me this?"

Right! You wouldn't hire a maths tutor who couldn't do addition, or a chef who couldn't boil an egg.

Having discernment while choosing the right teacher is so important. The wrong teacher can be a waste of time or worse can potentially lead to very undesirable outcomes.

Thank you for this eye opening research, Rose.

How I agree! This is why I recommend always checking the standing of an empath teacher -- or other teacher of personal development -- before you read an article.

This is one problem I've found quite frequently here on Substack. An author will have the standing to write on Topic A, but then gets so enthusiastic as to also opine on Topic X and Y and Z. Though probably well meant, this isn't helpful for readers, more like listening to a confident gossip.
