POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY® ENLIGHTENMENT COACHING
Spiritual Technique Time — Why can it help you so much, doing just 20 Minutes each day? Not more, not less.
POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY® ENLIGHTENMENT COACHING
First of All, What IS Spiritual Technique Time?
Spiritual Technique Time is a term of art within the field of Energy Spirituality®. The term was developed by Rose Rosetree and first published on her personal blog.
Spiritual Technique Time means something you do with your consciousness for emotional growth and/or spiritual awakening. It involves consciousness, not “mindfulness” — which Rosetree has written about as spiritual side trip. In her view, mindfulness is not helpful in any significant way for a person who aims to grow spiritually.
Spirituality Wisdom Seekers, here follows your dedicated article on Spiritual Technique Time .
In Terms of Everyday Life, What IS Spiritual Technique Time?
This means taking time every day for doing an activity for the purpose of growing inwardly: whether spiritually or emotionally or creatively. You do this chosen activity with your consciousness, not with a shovel or a feather duster. This Substack aims to teach you to how to do this one simple rule to help you grow inwardly.
WHICH activity or technique? That’s up to you.
What I’ve discovered is that the AMOUNT OF TIME you spend on this matters. Matters so much!
Basically, the amount of time you spend on this daily time is key to using your full potential in life.
As the founder of Energy Spirituality®, I’ve taught this rule to clients since the Age of Awakening began. Turns out, it makes a huge-and-positive difference, doing 20 Daily Minutes of Technique Time. Neither more nor less.

As an inspiring resource for you, I’ll add links to 10 very different articles with one thing in common: They’re very personal stories about students of mine who received official “Enlightenment Validation.”
Finally, you’re welcome to post a note with your questions about Spiritual Technique Time. These days I’m cross publishing my articles onto Substack and Medium. You’re cordially invited to make your voice heard at any of these places, but might I suggest?
For Your Best Results from This Q&A
If you ask questions at my personal blog, the WordPress technology will make it possible for you to receive a fuller answer.
Yeah, yeah, I know that Substack or Medium are fancier. But did you ever notice? These platforms are designed for quick little comments. As though the sheer number of Notes — which quantifies the amount of engagement — matters most.
Well, not to me. And maybe not to you, either. Post as note on any platform you like, of course. If you like, cross post your questions. Then watch me cross post related but different answers to you.

Do 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time, Tops
Most people don’t know this yet. Why does it matter, doing a full 20 minutes’ worth of daily Technique Time?
But then again, most people don’t know much about how to live well in the Age of Awakening, let alone how to pursue an effective Program for Spiritual Enlightenment, such as the one I write about in my books and blogging.
Do you know why Spiritual Technique Time matters so much? When you make it your business to use your full potential in life, guess what! During your waking hours, only two different kinds of time matter.
— Your Spiritual Technique Time, to enliven spiritual awakening.
— And your regular human living, to integrate spiritual awakening.

Practical Info to Succeed at Your 20 Daily Minutes
It’s all about what you do with your consciousness — that’s the point of every kind of quality Spiritual Technique Time.
The rest of your waking hours, make use of an amazing, free default for you consciousness: Notice what people say and do. (Yourself included.)
Objective reality can be so great for your personal development. Accept no substitute. No matter how much you want to grow beyond how you’re already living.
By contrast, when you do Spiritual Technique Time, that’s different. You don’t pay attention to objective reality, not in the usual ways. Instead, you do something with your consciousness, a specific something that aims to help you to grow. For instance:
Grow through doing a spiritual technique, or spiritual reading.
Or grow emotionally, using whatever method you favor.
About a zillion different techniques are available.
Are they all equally good? Of course not. For now, figure out for yourself what’s a good use of your Technique Time.
Spiritual Technique Time #4.
How to Make It 20 Daily Minutes, Not More, Not Less
Simple. Every day from now on, give yourself 1 or 2 periods of time that will add up to 20 minutes. For instance, 10 and 1o. Or 5 and 15.
Avoid scheduling this important time within a couple of hours of going to bed. You’ll need more time than that for integration.
You see, integrating your Spiritual Technique Time matters at least as much as doing it. To integrate the subtle benefits, spend many hours where — as usual — you are living like a human. Paying attention to everyday objective reality
Saying things, doing things, noticing other people as well as yourself.
Automatically doing these human-type activities will integrate the spiritual awareness from your official 20 minutes.

How to Time those 20 Daily Minutes
Use a watch or clock. Plenty of electronic devices can show you the time. Choose one that’s nearby.
Then take a quick peek to find out if you’re out of time.
Do not use your mobile phone, though. Because then you must break out of your Technique Time in order to tap your phone so that you’ll see the time. Incidentally, did you know?
If you can avoid being overly dependent on your mobile phone, you’ll also grow faster. I’ve just linked you to an article that can help you with that.
Many people have a better relationship with their phone . . . than with any other people . . . or even themselves.
Post a note with any questions you have about this. Or share any but-but-buts.
And now let the first of our Q&As begin.
Spiritual Technique Time #6. Q&A
Learning to Do Energy Healing — Does That Count?
Q. If I do Reiki or Crystal Healing etc., doesn’t that count as Spiritual Technique Time?
A. Yes, you’re right. When you actively do healing, very minute counts — practice healing included.
Q. How am I going to learn this stuff if I don’t spend a bit of time with it? Soon as I learn it, I’ll back off. But don’t I have to practice? Some? Aaagghhh.
A. First, congratulations on having enough of a sense of humor to write “Aaagghhhh.” Not to mention, excellent spehhlung.
The over-riding purpose of all Spiritual Technique Time is to help you evolve.
Gaining expertise at anything — a healing technique included — is not the main purpose of your life. So accomplish what you can in today’s Spiritual Technique Time. Then, come back the next day and progress further.
Spiritual Technique Time #7. Q&A
Do Technique Time Activities Count If Part of your Job?
Q. That doesn’t seem fair. Why should helping somebody else take away my personal time for growing?
Like it or not, all of your Spiritual Technique Time counts.
Yet there’s a very human way to protect yourself energetically: Learn how to count to 20.
Seriously, that’s pretty much it. Keep track.
Most of you Spirituality Wisdom Seekers can choose one or two periods of time that add up to 20.
Otherwise, what if you’re like me and some Spiritual Technique Time activities really are necessary? Like, they’re required as part of your job.
Keep reading, because this next answer is for you.
Spiritual Technique Time #8. Q&A
Assisting My Clients Is 100% Technique Time. Help!
Q. It sounds lovely living with just 20 minutes away from objective reality. But I don’t have that luxury. Assisting my clients takes my full consciousness for the entire session. Sooooo?
A. Trust me here. Hello! You still have something to learn.
You can find a way to do your sessions so that just one or two brief moments involve something special with your consciousness. For the rest of your time in that session, use other skills such as sharing your relevant knowledge.
While you’re in session, your Spiritual Technique Time can be very brief. And last nowhere nearly as long as some folks are in the habit of doing. That’s just a bad habit. Understandable when many of us learned our energy healing skills during the New Age Years that preceded the Shift into the Age of Awakening.
Once you set your mind to it, you can avoid drifting around in the woo-woo. Do the minimum of Technique Time. After that, use your other skills.
Ask me for an example, if you like.
I have facilitated many, many personal sessions where I successfully mentored clients in avoiding too much Technique Time.
Spiritual Technique Time #9. Q&A
Blowing Past 20 Minutes
Q. What’s the worst thing that can happen if I blow past 20 minutes?
A. Did you know? In the Age of Awakening, many consciousness lifestyles have emerged. Doing more than 20 minutes of Spiritual Technique Time each day, you’ll likely develop an undesirable consciousness lifestyle, such as:
Find out much more through the links just provided. Overall, here’s the most important thing:
Please know that you can swap out either of these undesirable consciousness lifestyles for something better. I’ve done hundreds of such sessions, helping folks get back to a self-actualizing consciousness lifestyle.
Until then, guess what? Both the consciousness lifestyle of Spiritual Addiction and the consciousness lifestyle of Psychological Overwork will STOP your emotional growth.
Also STOP your Spiritual Awakening.
(If you didn’t yet open up the links supplied earlier about these two consciousness lifestyles, you might want to back up and read them. Each of these blogposts is based on my experience helping many hundreds of clients. Hey, so far I’ve done over 40,000 personal sessions of Energy Spirituality.)
Spiritual Technique Time #10. Q&A
What If 2 HOURS Is My Idea of a Compromise?
Q. I happen to be a very spiritual person. I couldn’t possibly do less than 2 hours a day of Spiritual Technique Time. Fair enough?
A. Then you’ll land in the consciousness lifestyle of Spiritual Addiction. Or the consciousness lifestyle of Psychological Overwork.
This will happen if you do even 30 minutes a day, let alone 2 hours. You might want to take this knowledge seriously.
Look, Folks, I Understand this Substack Tells You Something NEW
During the Age of Faith weren’t you encouraged to think, “The more techniques the better”? I was.
That was okay . . . then. But much changed with the Shift into the Age of Awakening. Since Dec. 21, 2012, you can grow way faster. Yet now it’s a kind of a High Risk, High Reward situation.
If you don’t adapt to today’s new rules, you can really mess yourself up. That simple.
Spiritual Technique Time #11. Q&A
What If You Can’t Figure out How to Do Just 20 Min?
Q. For the life of me, I can’t figure this out. How can I cut back to just 20 minutes a day? I’m a very spiritual person.
A. Consider booking a personal session with me.
What happens will depend on what I learn from doing a Skilled Empath Merge with you. Here’s what might happen in your session: One Energy Spirituality Skill is this system, “Consciousness Positioning Consults®.” (After opening this link, scroll down to the turquoise box.)
I might use that skill to help you gain clarity. For example, what happens with a Consciousness Positioning Consult? It’s a way that I can research what’s going on with your consciousness. One chakra databank at a time. What happens specifically, while you’re “doing something spiritual”?
Prior to receiving detailed insight from an expert at researching consciousness, understandably, what usually happens? Many of my clients have had a big mess going on. Positioning consciousness in ways that left them tired. Even burned out. And less effective than they became after just one of these mentoring sessions.
Spiritual Technique Time #12. Q&A
If You Want the Best Results
Q. What you’re saying makes sense to me. I want to do this and get the best results. Can you tell me which kind of Spiritual Technique Time is best?
A. There is no universal answer to that question. For now, figure out for yourself which to choose. What’s a good use of your time? To zoom ahead on your personal path, there is no set answer for everybody.
If you’d like expert help from an Enlightenment Teacher, book a personal session for this purpose.

One Option to Bring You Discernment about Techniques
If you like, book a personal session with me for Enlightenment Coaching.
Bring along a list of your favorite techniques.
Be prepared to describe them, one by one.
If you have a special teacher, on the day of your session, email me a front-facing photo (or screenshot from a YouTube video).
Spiritual Technique Time #13. Q&A
Rose, How Do YOU Keep to Just 20 Minutes?
Q. I know you, Rose. You do a ton of personal sessions. How do you manage to follow your own rules about this?
A. If your work requires that you do some Spiritual Technique Time, you’ll need to adapt the usual 1 or 2 periods adding up to 20 minutes. But keep track each day, and add up those minutes. Do it carefully.
Here’s the basic picture for me.
My personal sessions last 55-minutes. During each session, usually I will do less than two minutes of Spiritual Technique Time.
How about the rest of the session time? I’m using skills that don’t involve Spiritual Technique Time.
How I Make 20 Daily Minutes Work for Me
Set up the skills to help clients properly and a session doesn’t require positioning consciousness away from objective reality. Most of the time, I — a human being — use skills to cocreate with the Divine. I’ll also share information learned from facilitating sessions of Energy Spirituality. None of this counts as Technique Time.
How about my personal time outside of sessions?
I’ll add up how much Spiritual Technique Time I do during sessions. Then, at the end of the day, I’ll do the rest. All depending on how much of my 20 Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time remains.
If I can manage this, why not you? Of course you can live this way.
For now, that’s the end of Q&As for right now, but you can definitely post a note with questions of your own. Go for it!
Unlike Substack and Medium, when you ask a question at my blog you can easily make it anonymous. In the first line write, “Call me Jack” — or whatever normal-sounding name you select.
Spiritual Technique Time #14. As Promised
My Standing to Write about Spiritual Technique Time
Funny thing, it’s not such a big deal if I tell people that I’m the founder of Energy Spirituality®. Or even when I come out and say that I help people to use their full potential in life.
But man oh man, can folks ever start cringing when I add this practical fact. Some of my clients? I help them as an Enlightenment Teacher. The skills include a systematic procedure for “Enlightenment Validation.” At my personal website, when given permission, I even list the names of students whom I’ve helped to move into Spiritual Enlightenment.
Glad to say, some folks have a strong reaction when I dare to mention that part of my work. They become more interested than ever. Considering that you’re still reading now, that interested seeker of truth could be you!

Feel free to post questions of your own. For instance, you might ask:
Why did this new 20-minute rule become important after the Age of Awakening began?
Rose Rosetree says, “Thank you for reading”
Since I’ve been on Substack for just one month, here’s an introduction. Besides articles like this one, I write books. My latest is “Bigger than All the Night Sky.”
So far, I’ve given over 1,000 media interviews. In addition, 44 authorized foreign editions of my books have been sold worldwide. A native New Yorker, I’m the founder of Energy Spirituality®, a unique resource for spirituality and personal growth. Offering knowledge that works now, in the Age of Awakening.
My latest news is that an Energy Spirituality® term of art – Stage 3 Energetic Literacy – has been receiving more hits than ever, all the way up to 782 hits on my Google. (Hey, that’s far better than years ago. And by now, Stage 1 Energetic Literacy scores over 1 MILLION. )
And here’s the beauty part: In the AI summary, on my computer at least, AI gives me full credit for this discovery:
Stage 3 Energetic Literacy” is a concept within Energy Spirituality that describes a higher level of understanding and ability in aura reading and energetic discernment, according to Rose Rosetree.
It’s likened to the ability to read complex texts or stories, rather than just individual words or images. At this stage, one can analyze and understand the complex energetic databanks within a person’s chakras and auric field.
Have you ever owned a term on Google and been acknowledged by AI? For an innovator like me, the odds against that are humongous. Anyway . . .

Doing Spiritual Technique Time every day for at least 20 minutes has added more substance to the quality of my day. I am definitely more resourceful throughout my day and while at work.
Rose, the distinction you've drawn here, between Spiritual Technique Time, and regular human living time - it's very uncommon.
So many spiritual teachers emphasise primarily *addition* of spiritual techniques to our lives - (and the more time spent doing them, the better, is often the underlying message).
